December 21, 2025 - This is my first entry! Kinda epic, I guess. All I gotta say is I'm starting to grow some disdain to my art style. It all happened today, when I was drawing Naomi Nakashima from Corpse Party. Seems normal, that is until I drew her face...and in my humble opinion it looks HORRID. Or, horrid is a strong word. But, it didn't live up to my expectation (set by a particular Seiko drawing I made a year prior). I thought anime characters translated well into my art style! That was until I was possessed to draw this pile of crap. Now I just have second thoughts on my style. I have planned on updating and tweaking it a bit, but key word: PLANNED. I thought it was already good! But this Naomi drawing proved me wrong, and I'm now quite upset. But not only that, I'm making a little game called The Liliad: Lily vs Billy for my friend Josh, and it's already been 2 months since development started! Procrastination at its finest...But yeah, it's just a Mario game, originally supposed to be a ROM hack of SMAS SMB3, but I figured building the game from scratch (pun intended) was easier.
December 25, 2025 - Merry Christmas! Uh, it's almost New Years and I've accomplished nothing. About the art predicament, my words may have been a bit strong, my art style is decent-ish at most, and it's definitely up for improvement since it's not exactly how I want it to look yet (since I started drawing again in July of 2024). But hey, that's the joys of being an artist! You only advance and get better from here, right? (unlike ahem...AI """"""artists""""") But yeah, that's all I wanted to say, and happy holidays :D
